How to list your token, step by step

  1. Prepare your project details

Have your token name, ticker, category and a short, factual description ready, plus the contract address on each network, a square logo, your website and your official social links.

  2. Open the free listing form

Go to Add coin on Coinvote. There is no listing fee and no need to trade on an exchange first: live tokens, presales and fair launches can all be listed.

  3. Fill in the form and send it

Enter the details, add one contract address per network and tick Presale if the token is not trading yet (with its presale link and dates). The form asks you to sign in only when you send it.

  4. Wait for the review

Each submission is checked for obvious scams and missing data. Most projects go live within an hour; you get an e-mail when your page is online.

  5. Share your page and add the badge

Post your Coinvote page to your community and embed the vote button or live badge on your website. Sharing your listing can earn up to 2 free promoted days.

  6. Collect votes every day

Votes refill every day at 00:00 UTC and decide your place in the daily, weekly and all-time rankings. Keep your page up to date from your dashboard; paid promotion is optional.

More about this guide

projects were listed on Coinvote in the last 30 days. The six steps below take about 15 minutes, then the work is getting your community to vote every day.

Can I list a token before it trades?

Yes on Coinvote, which lists presales and upcoming launches. Market data sites such as CoinMarketCap and Coinranking only list tokens already trading on an exchange they track, and CoinGecko shows upcoming tokens in a separate Preview Mode.

What makes a listing get approved

Complete, verifiable information: a working website, the real contract address, official social accounts that link back to the project, and a description without guaranteed-profit claims. Copies of existing projects and confirmed scams are refused or blacklisted.

After the listing

A listing gives you a page and a place in the rankings; visibility then depends on votes. If you want guaranteed placement on top, advertising (promoted slot, banner, vote ad) is sold separately and labelled as such.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to list a token?

Nothing on Coinvote: listing, editing and collecting votes are free. Some sites sell optional fast-track reviews (CoinGecko Fast Pass, for example); advertising is always separate from the listing.

How long does it take to list a token?

About 15 minutes to fill in the Coinvote form, and most projects are live within an hour after review. CoinGecko states 3 to 5 working days and Coinranking 1 to 3 working days for their own reviews.

Do I need a contract address to list a token?

It is strongly recommended: the contract address lets voters check the token and speeds up the review. Presales without a deployed contract can be listed and the address added later.

Where can I list my token for free?

Coinvote, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Coinranking and Blockspot accept free listing requests; only Coinvote and CoinGecko (Preview Mode) take tokens that do not trade yet. The crypto listing sites guide compares their terms.

Listings are submitted by project teams and ranked by community votes. This is not financial advice: new tokens are high risk, always do your own research.

Crypto-assets are volatile and high risk: you can lose all your money. Coinvote is an information and community platform, not investment advice. Rankings reflect votes, and promoted listings are paid ads. Disclaimer Impersonation or content removal
