How Coinvote reviews, edits and publishes community articles and guest posts. These are the rules our editors apply to every submission.
Articles that help crypto and Web3 readers understand something: guides and tutorials, project and ecosystem analyses, security tips (how to spot a scam or a risky contract), and project news backed by verifiable facts.
Every article must be original and genuinely useful. Copied, spun or mass-produced text without real value is refused.
Facts, figures and dates must be verifiable. Link to official or primary sources when you can, and present a project's own claims as such.
Our editors never add facts, figures or quotes that are not in your article. When information is missing, we remove the statement rather than invent it.
We publish information, not promotion. Articles must keep a neutral, factual tone.
Links must be relevant to the article and point to official destinations.
Paid promotion must be disclosed. Sponsored articles follow the same editorial rules, plus the terms of our guest post policy.
Every article is reviewed before publication, and every change to a published article is reviewed again. An AI-assisted review checks quality, originality, links, policy, SEO and risk; a human editor always takes the decision.
When an article is valuable but needs work, our editors may improve it directly instead of sending it back. They work with AI tools and check every change before publishing.
You stay credited as the author, under your public username only; your e-mail address is never shown.
An article revised by our editors shows a note: "Written by [author], rewritten and improved by the Coinvote editors according to our editorial guidelines". You are notified by e-mail when it is published.
We refuse plagiarism, spam, off-topic content and any content, project or link related to:
A published article may be edited or unpublished if a link becomes dead or malicious, if the content becomes misleading or unlawful, or if the project is involved in fraud.
By submitting, you confirm that you wrote the article and hold the rights to its images. You keep the copyright of your text and allow Coinvote to publish it, edit it as described above and show it on Coinvote while it stays online. You can delete your article from your dashboard at any time.
