RESC1-RealEstateSecurityCoin1 is an attempt to raise $1 million to place in residential properties primarily in Oklahoma, which has some of the lowest housing costs in America. This project is in the pre-ico seed capital phase. I am not going to make wild cost increase projections for this fund, as is fairly common for many new crypto token projects, but I do want to try to achieve steady, gradual growth.
