Over BUDDY First Crypto Dog
Geschreven door het projectBuddy – The First True Crypto Dog 🐾
Buddy — 真正意义上的第一只加密世界之犬。
In 2011, Alex (icicle) bought 51 BTC. In 2013, her rescued Chow, Buddy, needed life saving heart surgery, but those coins were locked on the Intersango exchange.
So Alex took Buddy’s fight public on Bitcointalk, linking a real dog to Bitcoin before DOGE even existed. That thread is still live today.
On May 9, 2014, Bitcoin block 299,825 recorded it forever: “Buddy is the best dog in the world.”
Before DOGE. Before every cat and dog coin. Buddy was first.
An early Bitcoiner stepped in to help pay for Buddy’s care, and asked Alex to one day “pay it forward.”
$BUDDY is that promise. Alex is part of the community, carrying Buddy’s story forward and supporting real dog rescues. Paired with BTC, generating rewards for holders.
A real dog. A real fight. Written into Bitcoin forever. 🐾₿
