What is the Sick Buffalo Meme?
It all started with a classic story: "My Thai girlfriend needs money... her buffalo is sick and has to go to the hospital."
If you’ve spent five minutes on the internet (or in Thailand), you’ve seen this meme. It’s the ultimate excuse in cross-cultural romance scams—and it’s hilarious.
So we leaned in.
SICKB started as a joke. A meme coin poking fun at those wild stories. But now we’ve flipped it. From Meme to Movement We took the meme—and turned it into a project with actual legs:

In January 2025 Josh launched SickB on Pepe Unchained L2. Then suddenly in May we had to migrate because that chain collapsed.
After a successful migration he figured he needed to build his own chain to stay safe in the future and provide a place for other devs to build with no restrictions.
With SickB chain almost up and running, the possibilities are endless.
Now we know for sure our roadmap never stops.
This is degen culture with direction. You come for the laugh, but you stay for the upside.
