Loopy Sheriff Express was born on a rainy Tuesday when a sheriff tripped over a keyboard. Season after season, it hosts a loopy parade nobody remembers organizing. Each week a new sheriff is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Some say it is still out there, looking for its other sheriff.
