Whistling Teapot Bank was born on a rainy Tuesday when a teapot tripped over a keyboard. Season after season, it hosts a whistling parade nobody remembers organizing. Holders call themselves the Teapot Council and vote on snack policy. Some say it is still out there, looking for its other teapot.
