Sneaky Shrew Mania was born on a rainy Tuesday when a shrew tripped over a keyboard. Each week a new shrew is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. The community meets every full moon to retell the same three jokes. Its best days are ahead, or behind, or on a short break.
