Once a forgotten sticker, Mango Dumpling became the unofficial flag of dumpling fans. Holders call themselves the Dumpling Council and vote on snack policy. Each week a new dumpling is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Some say it is still out there, looking for its other dumpling.
