Once a forgotten sticker, Lagoon Mania became the unofficial flag of lagoon fans. A rival gang of lagoons keeps trying to steal the mascot's lunch. Each week a new lagoon is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Its best days are ahead, or behind, or on a short break.
