Frosty Chinchilla Gang has no roadmap, only a chinchilla pointing vaguely at the horizon. Players swap frosty trading cards in the back room of the tavern. Each week a new chinchilla is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Tomorrow, the chinchilla tries again.
