Bouncy Narwhal Labs is what happens when a narwhal is left unsupervised for a weekend. Holders call themselves the Narwhal Council and vote on snack policy. Each week a new narwhal is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Some say it is still out there, looking for its other narwhal.
