ALPHA is currently building a full metaverse city, kind of like blade runner meets neo Tokyo meets GTA. In there they are renting out billboards, theater, virtual stores, condos, casino to real world people. They have a lot of clients in the real world who are not familiar with the metaverse but know it?s the future. They launched in a bear market but they?re holding the line nicely, and will continue holding till closer to P2E game release. The city is already all laid out. They are just making sure it works in all platforms as the developer wants to get it in VR as well to collect for income from there. The holders will eventually receive payments when the city is functioning from all the rent payments. The idea was to create different streams of income all benefitting one big pot!
