Paxton Pengu

PAX is a community-driven meme token deployed on the Solana blockchain, created as an independent tribute inspired by the Paxton character from the Pudgy Penguins universe. The project is primarily centered around community participation, internet culture, memes, and fan-driven engagement rather than providing a traditional utility or representing ownership in Pudgy Penguins.

Its identity, branding, and community activity are built around the cultural appeal of Paxton and the broader meme-coin ecosystem on Solana. PAX does not claim to provide official utility, ownership rights, or affiliation with Pudgy Penguins. It is an independently created community project that uses meme culture and community engagement as its core focus, which aligns with the characteristics of a Solana-based memecoin.

This also makes clear that PAX is independent from Pudgy Penguins and does not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
