Coinvote welcomes high-quality, relevant guest posts and sponsored articles covering cryptocurrency, Web3, blockchain technology, decentralised finance (DeFi), market analysis, and emerging crypto ecosystems.
Publication is subject to a flat fee of 60 USD per article. Articles are written and provided entirely by the advertiser. All submissions must pass our editorial review before acceptance, payment, or publication, and follow our editorial guidelines.
Editorial Review & Quality Standards
Every article undergoes strict prior editorial validation. Before acceptance, our team evaluates:
- Originality: Content must be 100% unique, original, and well written. English is preferred; other languages are accepted when well written. Plagiarised, spun, or automated low-quality content is strictly rejected.
- Topic relevance: The topic must be directly relevant to the crypto and Web3 audience, providing genuine informational value to readers.
- Length and formatting: Articles should typically be between 800 and 2,000 words, formatted with clear headings, subheadings, and readable paragraphs.
- Editorial edits: Our editors may revise the title, structure, wording and links of an accepted article (never its facts) before publication, as described in our editorial guidelines. The author stays credited.
- Target domain & link destinations: The advertiser must provide the target website URL and proposed anchor texts in advance. We review all destinations and reserve the right to decline any target website or link.
Links & SEO Policy
In strict compliance with search engine guidelines and advertising standards:
- All commercial or paid outbound links within the article are marked with
rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
- We do not sell “dofollow” SEO links for search ranking manipulation. No SEO guarantees, PageRank transfer promises, or ranking manipulation services are sold.
- We do not guarantee search engine indexing, search rankings, impressions, or minimum traffic levels.
- A maximum of 1 to 2 relevant, contextually natural commercial links per article is permitted. Link stuffing or irrelevant anchors are not accepted.
Sponsored Disclosure & Transparency
Reader trust and transparency are fundamental. Any sponsored guest post published on Coinvote will clearly display a visible disclosure identifying the article as “Sponsored” or “Partner Content”.
Prohibited Content
Coinvote strictly rejects content, projects, or links related to:
- Scams, fraudulent schemes, pump-and-dump operations, rug pulls, or counterfeit tokens.
- Phishing sites, malware, wallet drainers, or malicious smart contracts.
- Unlicensed gambling, illegal services, adult content, or hate speech.
- Misleading financial claims, promises of guaranteed returns, or unauthorized celebrity endorsements.
Payment Terms (Stripe)
Payment is handled as follows:
- Editorial Review: The advertiser submits their article draft, target URLs, and proposed anchor text for review.
- Approval & Payment Link: Upon editorial approval, our team sends a secure card payment link via Stripe for 60 USD.
- Publication: Once payment is confirmed through Stripe, the article is scheduled and published.
All pricing is in Euros (EUR). In accordance with French tax regulations applicable to our business regime, VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” — franchise en base de TVA) for customers in France and EU consumers, or standard cross-border rules. An invoice is provided for the service, with the VAT treatment applicable to the customer’s country.
Content Maintenance & Removal Rights
While published articles are intended to remain online indefinitely, Coinvote does not offer an absolute guarantee of permanent hosting. Coinvote reserves the right to edit, update, or remove any published article, subject to applicable law and the agreed terms, if:
- The linked destination becomes dead, malicious, fraudulent, or acquired by an abusive entity.
- The content becomes misleading, legally actionable, or violates regulatory or advertising compliance.
- The advertiser or project is involved in substantiated fraud, rug pulls, or severe misconduct.
