The story of Fizzy Pelican Pad begins with a stolen sandwich and a fizzy pelican. A rival gang of pelicans keeps trying to steal the mascot's lunch. Each week a new pelican is elected mayor, then promptly forgets the job. Its best days are ahead, or behind, or on a short break.
