The following general terms and conditions of sale are established between COINVOTE and any non-commercial individual wishing to purchase a temporary "Premium" placement or banner ads on the website www.coinvote.cc. Both parties agree that these Terms and Conditions will exclusively govern their relationship. COINVOTE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be applicable as soon as they are published online.
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the sales terms and conditions between COINVOTE and the User, from the act of purchasing a temporary advertising space, banner ads, or a set duration determined by the User on www.coinvote.cc.
The products subject to these Terms and Conditions are temporary advertising slots and banner ads provided to users of www.coinvote.cc. This includes displaying their Coinvote site/coin on the homepage for a time duration chosen at the point of purchase and placement of banner ads in designated areas.
The prices of our services are shown on the store at the time of payment and are inclusive of all taxes. COINVOTE reserves the right to alter its prices at any time.
To place an order, the User must have registered on the site. They can then access the Premium page, which displays the potential waiting list of coins that have purchased a top listing on www.coinvote.cc. When making an order, the User is required to provide their billing information according to European regulations. All orders signify acceptance of prices and regulations.
The User can pay for their purchase using PayPal, Credit Card, or cryptocurrencies via our gateway CoinPayments.
After validation of your order, the display of your site or banner ads will depend on the dates indicated at the time of payment and its duration chosen by the buyer on the Premium page. The promotion or banner ad placement is only possible for the coin that has completed the purchase act beforehand, and it is not possible to change the coin before or during a promotion.
COINVOTE does not guarantee specific traffic, click-through rates, or other performance metrics for any advertisements or promotions. These can vary widely depending on factors outside COINVOTE's control, including but not limited to the intrinsic appeal of the advertisement, the general internet traffic at the time, and the fluctuating interest in cryptocurrencies.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. However, this right does not apply to COINVOTE, which provides an immediate service upon purchase.
As stated in Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following: supply of fully performed services before the end of the withdrawal period, initiated after prior express agreement from the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal; supply of goods or services whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, beyond the control of the trader and likely to occur during the withdrawal period; supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized; supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly; supply of goods which, following delivery and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products; and supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun after prior express consent from the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
COINVOTE will not be held responsible if a promoted coin or banner ad encounters a problem during its advertising period. A coin promoted on our site generates a significant amount of traffic, and you should ensure that your coin or advertisement is capable of handling this load before opting for an extended spotlight.
COINVOTE guarantees 90% availability of your ad. If COINVOTE encounters technical problems beyond its control that prevent your advertisement from being displayed, compensation may be agreed upon based on the duration of the interruption: Interruption of less than 10% of the purchased duration: No compensation will be granted. Interruption between 10% and 70%: A partial refund or a new presentation of the same duration as the interruption will be offered. More than 70% interruption: A full refund or a new promotion of the same duration will be offered.
