Who is suki?
Suki (Japanese: ??) is a Shiba Inu, and the second iteration of the world famous Doge meme. More specifically "Hipster Doge" or "Scarf Doge".
In 2013, an image of five-year-old Shiba Inu, Suki, wearing a pink scarf and gazing pensively into the distance in front of some artistically out-of-focus city lights, was turned into the quintessential hipster doge: "wow, such class, indie levl=100, so vintige, nice scraf."
The photographer?s wife had accidentally run a scarf through the washing machine and decided to dress up Suki, to much comedic effect.
A shrunken scarf was all it took to turn suki into a doge, and a global meme.
